At Vinitaly Col Vetoraz toast to its sparkling DOCG 25 years with a special collection magnum decorated with original Swarowsky jewels. You will find us "party dressed" at Hall 6 - Stand C5 from 15 to 18 April 2018, to celebrate an unmissable edition!

An important milestone will make this Vinitaly unique for Col Vetoraz: our company, founded in 1993 by Francesco Miotto, Loris Dall'Acqua and Paolo De Bortoli, reaches its first 25 years, to which we will toast in style. "Time flies ... - says the winemaker and partner Loris Dall'Acqua - and these 25 years have been for us full of a strong commitment and passion; we are all proud to realise that we have contributed to the growth of our land."

To celebrate this important anniversary the wine company has created a limited edition special Superiore di Cartizze magnum, covered with an original Swarowski decoration that makes it like a real jewel and collector's item. Starting from Vinitaly and in the following months, the bottle will be delivered to 25 characters who, according to the company, have distinguished themselves in their professional field.

Among the first to be honored, on Tuesday 17th April 2018 at Col Vetoraz stand will be the emerging chefs Isabella Potì and Floriano Pellegrino from the Bros' restaurant in Lecce. Isabella, a pastry chef aged only 21, has been included by the famous American economic magazine Forbes on the "Forbes 30 Under 30" list for the "The Arts" category, which considers her among the thirty emerging young Europeans and one of the ten most influential women in the Italian cuisine. Floriano Pellegrino, aged 28, owner of the Bros' restaurant in Lecce and Isabella's life partner, is considered according to Forbes as one of the most influential European chefs.

On Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th April 2018 there will also be chef Enzo De Prà of the Dolada Restaurant in Plois di Pieve d'Alpago (Belluno) - 1 Michelin star, a good friend and an undisputed star player of the territory who for the occasion, thanks to the contribution of the Treviso-based company Caviar Giaveri, will present exclusively for the press his "Caviale and spontaneous herbs in green cocktails". Dishes will become like jewels, where the caviar pearls will meet the elegant perlage of the Valdobbiadene DOCG Col Vetoraz sparkling wines.

At Col Vetoraz stand, like every year, will be on tasting the whole range of sparkling wines; VALDOBBIADENE DOCG Superiore di Cartizze, VALDOBBIADENE DOCG Millesimato dry, VALDOBBIADENE DOCG Brut, VALDOBBIADENE DOCG Extra Dry and VALDOBBIADENE DOCG Brut 'Zero Dosage', each of which expresses the highest level of excellence in the DOCG area in which Col Vetoraz still hold a distinguished record for the high quality level.
