Bubbles of excellence for the 10th edition of Gusto in Scena, which will take place on Februray 25th and 26th 2018t at the Scuola Grande of San Giovanni Evangelista in Venice. We will be back to the lagoon among the protagonists of the prestigious enogastronomic event conceived by Lucia and Marcello Coronini, which celebrates its 10th anniversary, hosted, as usual, in the sumptuousness of the rooms adorned with the Tiepolo and Tintoretto canvases.
Our presence at the event is now consolidated. As part of the section "The magnificent wines", here are the 2017 vintages that will be on tasting in Venice: Valdobbiadene DOCG Superiore di Cartizze, award-winning wine made from grapes grown on the renowned area of the High Cartizze, known locally as Mont del Cartizze and adjacent to Col Vetoraz headquarters. It has an intense and delicate bouquet of flowers and ripe fruit and a velvety, full and justly aromatic taste.
Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut Zero Dosage, coming from the most favorably exposed hills of the Valdobbiadene area, an absolutely dry wine able to maintain a velvety roundness giving off pleasant floral citrus, rose, acacia and white peach, pear and apple flowers. And finally the Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry with a balanced taste and elegant tones with delicately fruity perfumes, whose higher residual sugar contributes to obtain great harmony.
The focus of the event will be the project of "La Cucina del Senza®", the new style of cooking that excludes in the dishes the presence of added fats, salt and sugar and that this year, in homage to the city of Venice, will focus on the theme of spices. The Cucina del Senza® has now become an international brand that has anticipated new trends for consumers who are attentive not only to pleasure, but also to their own health. A seal of genuineness to which Col Vetoraz wines can only match perfectly!
