Col Vetoraz unforgettable 25 years at Vinitaly

Among special guests, sparkling toasts and precious pairings in the name of excellence and friendship, the 52nd edition of Vinitaly has been a memorable and brightling event for Col Vetoraz that in Verona celebrated its first stylish 25 years.

The Vinitaly of Col Vetoraz has been an edition to remember where elegance and quality were the real protagonist. The three partners Francesco Miotto, founding family, Loris Dall'Acqua, winemaker and Paolo De Bortoli agronomist have delivered the special magnum of Cartizze Superiore DOCG designed for the occasion and embellished with an exclusive decoration of original Swarowski brilliant, to their special guests, part of the company's personal selection of 25 people who have distinguished themselves in their professional field, to which the bottle will be delivered in the upcoming months.

The first to receive the recognition during Vinitaly were: Helmut Köecher founder of the Merano Wine Festival, the three starred chef Niko Romito of the Reale restaurant in Castel di Sangro, (L'Aquila), the emerging young chefs Floriano Pellegrino and Isabella Potì of the Ristorante Bros' in Lecce and the historic friend and chef Enzo De Prà from the Dolada Restaurant in Plois di Pieve d'Alpago (Belluno), the longest-running Michelin star in Italy.

Many journalists, professionals and friends came to share with Col Vetoraz partners the joy of this first goal. On such an important anniversary the tasting moments could not be lacking, in the name of qualitative excellence made in Italy. This year the chef Enzo De Prà, with the collaboration of the Treviso-based company Caviar Giaveri, has dressed his dishes of preciousness presenting a special taste of 'Caviar in green cocktail of wild herbs'; the Osietra Classic caviar pearls were therefore paired with the elegance of Col Vetoraz Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry perlage.

All the sparkling wines in the range as usual were available for tasting at Col Vetoraz stand; VALDOBBIADENE DOCG Superiore di Cartizze dry, VALDOBBIADENE DOCG Millesimato dry, VALDOBBIADENE DOCG Brut, VALDOBBIADENE DOCG Extra Dry and VALDOBBIADENE DOCG Brut 'Zero Dosage', each of which is the expression of the highest level of excellence in the DOCG, an area in which the company is still holding a distinguished record for the high quality level of its products.
