Col Vetoraz summer appears in gold and silver

Summer 2016 is edged with gold and silver for Col Vetoraz! The wines of the producer from Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene have been overwhelmed by a shower of new tributes.

The International Wine Competition "Selezione del Sindaco," the second most prestigious wine competition in Italy, has awarded its Silver Medal to Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry, Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Dry Millesimato, and Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze.

This year, Col Vetoraz also won the Douja d'Or Award, given to Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry and to Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Dry Millesimato.
Finally, the 3rd "Golden Tie" Wine Competition the only and first National Competition dedicated to Conegliano Valdobbiadene, which concluded the Primavera Festival of Prosecco, awarded the Golden Tie to Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze and the Silver Tie to Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Brut and Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry.

VThese are sparkling wines of superb character, produced with deep passion from grapes grown on an abundant land, a terroir that they eloquently express, speaking in a language of nonpareil style, beginning with the elegance of their mousse and continuing through subtle fragrances and flavours, to conclude with an array of styles on the palate.
