Col Vetoraz lies on top of the hill of the same name in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene
\nWe are in the highest part of the famous denomination of Cartizze, at almost 400 metres above sea level, with a view of the entire zone, delimited to the east by the hamlet of Fol and to the west by that of Sacol.<\/p>\n

The Miotto family settled at Col Vetoraz in 1838 and immediately started growing vines (for what are now Valdobbiadene DOCG and Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG).<\/p>\n

The choice to produce exclusively
\nhand-made Valdobbiadene DOCG wines.<\/h3><\/div>
Valdobbiadene DOCG wine comes from a small hilly area lying between the little towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, where its grapes find the ideal conditions to express themselves to the full. Valdobbiadene DOCG wine is the synthesis of a combination of various soils, a mild climate, and the ex- pertise of people who have handed down the art of handcrafted viticulture from one generation to the next. This is the only way to cultivate these steep hills \u201cembroidered\u201d with vineyards, which create an overall environment so spectacular that it is today a UNESCO World Heritage Site.<\/div><\/div>
