We decided to dare and dream, in fact, with a curious and unexpected combination, which nevertheless confirms, at the same time, the invincibility of the link between the most precious fish and our sought-after Valdobbiadene DOCG.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal of excellence can bring together with our <strong>Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry<\/strong> protagonists such as <strong>lobster<\/strong>, <strong>pumpkin<\/strong> and <strong>ginger<\/strong>, new accords of fresh and decisive flavours. Precious pairings to experiment with, while to be on the safe side, remember that our Extra Dry gently accompanies light lunches, is ideal with spring herb risottos and proves perfect with risi e bisi.<\/p>\n<p>This type of wine, on the other hand, is the undisputed prince of aperitifs. Inviting and friendly, our Extra Dry is made from <strong>carefully selected hillside grapes<\/strong> from the exclusive Valdobbiadene area; it is a wine with a balanced taste and elegant tones whose slight residual sugar contributes to a <strong>great overall harmony<\/strong>.
