We open 2026 with an exciting new addition that enriches our oenological offering: the Grape Distillate, an exclusive product that combines excellence and contemplation, born from our ongoing pursuit of the highest quality.<\/p>\n

After years of success with our single-varietal Grappa, we are proud to introduce a new reference that represents the natural evolution of our journey. The Grape Distillate<\/a> is the result of a refined production process in which the grape, in its entirety, is distilled together with its juice and skins, delivering a richer and more complex sensory experience compared to traditional grappa.<\/p>\n

We chose this direction to offer an even more prestigious product, one that fully reflects our philosophy<\/a> of constant research into quality and refinement. Our hope is that this new distillate will captivate our audience just as it has captivated us.<\/p>\n

The distillation process takes place using a traditional bain-marie still, which enhances the noble characteristics of the grape and ensures a fine and harmonious aromatic profile.
