In the Valdobbiadene DOCG range we are now focusing on the Millesimato dry, an elegant and complex persuasive wine, with a fine perlage, with an inviting citrus vein that well defines the nose, followed by white peach, pear, white flowers and aromatic herbs to confirm its typicality. The creamy carbon and the marked freshness are in perfect balance with the sweetness of the sugars and a pleasant persistence in the mouth.
It can be an elegant accomplice of all toasting occasions or combined with traditional Venetian dishes such as Risotto with guinea fowls livers, with a characteristic strong taste softened by the sweetness of wine, the Chestnut Soup or the Sòpa Coàda, a typical dish of Treviso cuisine; a pigeon pie with a rather dry consistency served with a cup of boiling broth.
