Flowering in Col Vetoraz vineyards has been now completed. Thanks to a perfect weather, the plants are in perfect balance during this period. A photograph of the current status of the art which shows only a slight time delay compared to past years. Weather and water accumulation have so far favored fruit set and flowering, which were perfect, and the berries are developing regularly. The temperatures are slightly high for the season, but we can count on the presence of important intervals of rainfall in the coming weeks. Let the explosion of the grapes begin: the work of man can only remain in a watchful waiting and necessarily subordinate to that of Nature, which has always proved to be capable of great excellence in the Valdobbiadene area.
