The initiative that Col Vetoraz undertook months ago in the name of excellence encounter continues. Until the end of May, it will be possible to enjoy an immersive experience between wine and art, in the charm of our Tasting Room, which hosts the exhibition “InDivenire – La metamorfosi del sughero”, a selection of works by the Treviso artist Silvia Canton.
Once again the Valdobbiadene DOCG territory becomes the home of art: “The boundary between a work of art and the creation of a wine is very thin” explains Loris Dall’Acqua CEO and oenologist of Col Vetoraz. “The path that leads to the birth of our Valdobbiadene DOCGs is that of absolute respect for the raw material, of listening and adapting to the rhythms of the land, of profound love for our origins. A wine that embodies harmony in its aromas and balance in its taste, conveying all this with elegance, always aiming for excellence, is in the end itself a work of art.”
The visceral bond that cork is capable of generating emerges in the works of this collection, in forms that emerge modern, because the apparently indomitable personality of this material is ennobled in a masterly manner by the artist, so much so as to make it the very soul of his creations. A project based on the recycling of cork that was born at the end of 2018 from the desirè to find a solution that would make his pictorial subjects more materialistic by searching for an original material from Mother Earth. A new artistic language that finds its source of inspiration in virgin or first cork, which cannot be used for the production of corks.
One more opportunity, therefore, to decide to reach the highest point of the denomination and indulge in an exciting immersive experience that combines a visit to a unique land with a tasting of Valdobbiadene DOCG guided by trained and multilingual staff, admiring the powerful beauty of unique masterpieces.
