Col Vetoraz join ‘Weekend in the Cellar 2020‘, the initiative promoted by the Strada del Prosecco that throughout the year, on weekends, opens the doors of the companies in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene wine area with guided tours and tastings.
When the vine rests and the cellar is silent, the vineyard is dynamic. In wintertime, in fact, we do not lose the rhythm, in a continuous <7b>. An only apparently labouriosness in contrast with the rest of the plants and the silence of the cellar, where the wine of the last harvest rests on its noble lees, a necessary pause to enrich itself in aromas and structure.
It was a show in the show among the vineyards of Valdobbiadene DOCG: 300 distinguished guests, local institutions, prominent personalities of Venetian entrepreneurship, a representation of the 25 people who during the 2018 received a special recognition from the company, professionals and journalists but also numerous friends, in addition to the full company staff including employees and agents, attended the gala evening held at the Col Vetoraz headquarters in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene (Treviso).
