Under the favourable sign of the excellence encounter, the Terra d'Arte project, conceived by Col Vetoraz and started last year, when obtained considerable feedback from the public in terms of attention and appreciation, continues in 2024.
An exciting experience that enhances the emotion of tasting a glass of lively Valdobbiadene DOCG's bubbles, surrounded by wonderful vineyards on the highest point of Cartizze. Our reception room becomes the privileged place where, until the end of March, three sculptures chosen from the works of Arianna Gasperina, aka Arya, find a home. The creations on display, all made of natural Stone Pine wood, bear highly evocative names: 'Sono Qui', 'Eccomi' and 'Rinascita'.
Reinforcing the sense of the presence of her works at the winery, is a series of elements common to Col Vetoraz, such as the thread of the natural element and the alternation between angularity, such as the slopes of the banks that make harvesting heroic in the Valdobbiadene area, and harmonies, present in the types of wines that originate here. Respect, sensitivity and care for the raw material are thus the same principles that Col Vetoraz adopts towards the land from which its Valdobbiadene DOCG wines originate. A precious land with its own rhythms to which it is important to adapt, letting Nature do its thing and avoiding forcing it.
For these reasons, the Terra d'Arte project hosted by Col Vetoraz intends to alternate artists whose method is close to its philosophy over the course of the year: from April 2024, in fact, Silvia Canton's works will be exhibited in the tasting room for four months, followed by those of Elena Ortica until the end of 2024, in an always enriching cultural journey. We look forward to seeing you!
