Col Vetoraz summer: between mountain and sea, do not forget to taste!

Col Vetoraz summer bring in the glasses a great mix of harmony and elegance with verve, thanks to their Valdobbiadene DOCG sparkling wines, ideal to toast at any altitude and latitude. In a season that more than any other calls the journey, the desire for fun and sharing moments in joy, Col Vetoraz pour in the glasses a winning mix, in line with the need of freshness and pleasure. Among our labels the Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry and the Brut Rosé Dodici Lune are the perfect friends during the warmest season of the year.

Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry is the king of aperitifs. Inviting, friendly, easy-to-drink, it is obtained by a careful selection of the grapes located in the hills of the exclusive Valdobbiadene area. With its kindness, it matches well with light lunches, ie. with spontaneous spring herbs risottos, perfect with rice and 'bisi' (peas) a tipical local dish.

The brut Rosé Dodici Lune instead is a salmon pink coloured Pinot Noir, excellent as an aperitif, and the ideal companion for raw fish appetizers, or risotto with seafood, also perfectly pair with more consistent fish.

Col Vetoraz summer has just begun, so we are ready to raise the glasses to celebrate it with all the excellence it deserves!
