Valuable bubbles and surprising pairings for Col Vetoraz at Vinitaly

The 51st edition of Vinitaly, the most important event for the wine sector, is approaching. On Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th April alongside our winery at Pav.6 - Stand C5 we will host the legendary chef Enzo De Prà, from Dolada restaurant in Plois of Pieve d'Alpago (Belluno) - 1 Michelin star. The longest lasting Michelin star in Italy.

This year Enzo De Prà will play on the surprise, revealing only at the last moment an original trilogy of flavors created for the occasion as well as daring an unusual pairing with the Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze, a wine that embodies the highest expression of name.

As every year at our desk there will be on tasting all the other Col Vetoraz sparkling wines: the VALDOBBIADENE DOCG Prosecco Superiore Millesimato dry, the VALDOBBIADENE DOCG Prosecco Superiore Brut, he VALDOBBIADENE DOCG Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry and the VALDOBBIADENE DOCG Prosecco Superiore Brut Dosage Zero, each of which is the expression of the highest degree of excellence within the DOCG, an area where the company is still holding a distinctive record for the high quality level.
