Velvety and aromatic, with a subtle and elegant perlage and an intense aroma in which the delicacy of the mix of flowers and ripe fruit stands out, it comes from the best vineyards of the homonymous area just near the company headquarters, whose restricted area (about 106 hectares) limits the production to small quantities. If, on the other hand, you are looking for a particular experience of excellence, the Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Brut Cuvée Ø is the right choice: it is the result of a great deal of work aimed at maintaining the characteristics of aromaticity, softness and gracefulness typical of the origin area. A wine which, although decidedly dry, remain round, harmonious and soft, free of bitter scents and perfectly corresponding to the aromas perceived on the nose. Produced with a slow and complete fermentation, it has a velvety and enveloping foam and a pleasant bouquet of floral and fruity notes. Ideal as an aperitif, it is a winner in various pairing opportunities such as shellfish dishes.
