Valdobbiadene DOCG Cuvée 5 Extra Brut, the result of 25 years of experience, obtained from the selection of 5 vines chosen among 102 in the hills of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG. Each of these grapes has specific peculiarities, they are vinified separately, and only then combined to obtain a whole of deep thickness from which the cuvée is obtained. Even with a low residual sugar, only 5 g / l, this wine manages to keep round expressions.
Pairing: ideal with appetizers, especially fish, it goes perfectly for example with a Blinis with sour cream and caviar or with a Salmon fillet with Mornay sauce.
Valdobbiadene DOCG Millesimato Dry, a persuasive elegant and complex wine, with a fine perlage, with an inviting citrus vein that clearly delineates the nose, followed by hints of fruits such as white peach, pear, white flowers and aromatic herbs to confirm its typicality. Its creamy carbonic and marked freshness are in perfect balance with the sweetness of the sugars and the persistence in the mouth is perfect. Protagonist of toast moments, it is an ideal sparkling wine to end a meal but it can also be drunken in other moments of the day.
Pairing: excellent with baked white peaches (peach halves hollowed out and stuffed with a mixture of peach pulp, macaroons, cocoa and butter).
