Knowing the Valdobbiadene Docg and the excellences of the territory for Col Vetoraz means choosing a perspective of pure excellence, considering that the winery is located in the most prestigious place of the entire area: the Cartizze cru.
On the occasion of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Experience, Col Vetoraz have planned two days of tastings in their suggestive terrace, overlooking the hills of Valdobbiadene. The winery will be open non stop from 10 am to 5 pm. Two different wines will be on tasting, accompanied by typical Venetian appetizers.
On Monday 28th June 2021, the master butcher Bruno Bassetto will prepare tastings of his famous Venetian meat steak, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil dop Turri from Garda Lake and sea salt. The master cheese maker Roberto Dal Cin together with his assistant Valy Fornasier will prepare at the time his mozzarella bites and butter.
On Friday 2nd July 2021 the Confraternity of Bacalà alla Vicentina will offer two typical appetizers (cicchetti in local dialet): Bacalà creamed Venetian style on black bread with cereals and Bacalà alla Vicentina with Marano corn polenta.
Col Vetoraz Valdobbiadene DOCG’s will welcome you: the Cuvée 5 extra brut paired with the meat and the creamed Bacalà and the Cuvée 13 extra dry paired with the mozzarella and the Bacalà alla vicentina.
